Mako at Sea World

Featured Replies

What is KK's height limit?  Depending on how business does after Storm Chaser I could see them attempting to put in something like this right at their height limit.

Mako doesn't strike me as being $2 million or less. (Is that KK's figure?) It would take a lot of years of saving up Kentucky Kingdom's yearly investment from here on out...

Although Hart also only promised to spend 42 million within the first 3 years. Storm Chaser put him $10 million above that. If his goal is to get the park sold and make money he will surely do whatever he can to make the park as desirable as possible to potential buyers. That had already started with the latest installment which up to now only large parks have had (I-Box).

Superman at Kentucky Kingdom was 177 feet high. So, presumably, they can build at least that high in that one particular spot. Not TECHNICALLY enough height for a hyper coaster, but you could certainly build something that offers a similar experience. Although they already have Lightning Run, which in my opinion, is better than all but two of the hypers that I've ridden...
