Not all clearing is for this coaster. I think we will see a 3000-3500ft coaster going in, which by woodie standard is respectable. I also feel like it will run parallel to and not interact with Diamondback.

^^ If that is true Project 2017 is going to be huge!

I would look for more than just a coaster. I'll leave that to the park to unveil.

Where did you spot clearing? By the station area or more deeper in the woods?

^ I did not personally see it, as I haven't been able to get up to KI this year, but one of my friends said that there was major clearing by The Beast with a bulldozer spotted.

Seriously though, if we're seeing that big of a clearing area (between RFYLCB and Beast), then consider me impressed.  

Makes me think they're to develop that area. If this clearing is true, it's definitely worth looking in to.

I highly doubt KI is going to change the seclusion of The Beast anytime soon.

^I'm not personally the one that saw it, but I know two people that both saw this clearing. If it's related to the new project, I don't know. That's just what I was told

I think it is hinting that the new attraction it going to be in the woods, so that explains why there is little clear cutting being done. Over the River hinting that ride is going to cross wwc and go to the train house.

Just as an FYI, there are many, many dead trees in the woods between Beast and Diamondback's turn around. It's quite possible that some tree removal is for the safety of the coasters and their riders.
