April 4, 201610 yr Reading the last couple pages of this thread I am really glad it isn't going to be at Great Adventure this year and I hope they never add it, especially because I could see it going to a ride like Nitro that has such great capacity where the line rarely stops moving with all 3 trains running.
April 4, 201610 yr Ride Op: "You must wear a VR headset on this ride." Guest: "The sign says it contains flashing imagery, and that can trigger an epileptic reaction due to my personal health history." Can the guest not ride at all then? Exception to the rule? Good question. Although, I have a feeling they'd just say you can't ride. Reasonable accommodation? Terp -- who likes to ask questions.
April 4, 201610 yr But, Terp, does that question apply in the UK? Does the UK have a law similar to the ADA in the US, and if so, what constitutes "reasonable accommodation" in the UK?
April 4, 201610 yr Both the UK and EU have laws very similar to the ADA. Terp -- who is not licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction beyond the bounds of The United States of America. This is not legal advice. Seek a competent barrister or solicitor in the UK if you have or think you may have a legal problem there. This is a disclaimer.
April 4, 201610 yr Understood, my thought behind what I was saying was that I could certainly see a non US park having more of a "like it or lump it" stance on something of that nature... much like chugh said.
