October 10, 201510 yr Uhh- quick question. I have never visited Soak City (or any previous version of the waterpark) and have yet to do any haunts, can I just leave those blank or what? Thanks in advance...
October 11, 201510 yr Author Uhh- quick question. I have never visited Soak City (or any previous version of the waterpark) and have yet to do any haunts, can I just leave those blank or what? Thanks in advance... You can leave any field blank
October 11, 201510 yr Author Just filled it out! I'm curious to see what the results are/will be... I'll post the results after I put it together in the presentation! So far it looks like many agree on which attraction should return (may have to pass it along to Don to see if we can get it back). The question is, what is it?!
October 11, 201510 yr Author Thank you to all those who've taken it so far, keep the submissions coming! I'll post the presentation on here in PDF form once I piece it all together.

October 11, 201510 yr Submitted! Good luck with the speech. I've been told that public speaking is an very useful skill, although I have not yet had a major need for it outside of school assignments. But I'm sure I will need it someday.
October 11, 201510 yr I took the survey as well. I didn't realize I could leave any field blank so I picked a random attraction for the Haunt question.
October 12, 201510 yr Author Thanks everyone for your contribution to my speech! I'll be posting the PDF PPT as soon as I finish it!
October 12, 201510 yr Author Here it is! This presentation will complement the speech I'll be giving on good ol' Kings Island! Thanks again for the help! http://issuu.com/lonaldpdakes/docs/speech_3 Ps. I'll be making a shameless plug for KIC in the presentation
October 12, 201510 yr It's still converting. I take it this is for an undergraduate university class?
October 12, 201510 yr When I click that link, after activating Flash (sigh), I just get "Sorry, this publication is not available".
October 12, 201510 yr It loaded fine on my iPad. The poll results were very interesting-I thought that Phantom Theater or Enchanted Voyage would be the most missed ride, instead of SOB. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
October 12, 201510 yr Wow, I was a little surprised about the attraction everyone wanted to bring back. Maybe it was just me, but I was never a huge fan. Maybe it was because the handful of times I rode it, I got off feeling like I had just had the living crap beat out of me. Oh well. Great presentation though!
October 12, 201510 yr Wow, I was a little surprised about the attraction everyone wanted to bring back. I wonder how many members participated?
October 12, 201510 yr And not EVERYONE did want to bring it back. Generalizations lead to false beliefs.
October 12, 201510 yr And not EVERYONE did want to bring it back. Generalizations lead to false beliefs. True...I guess what I meant was the majority. I'm assuming that the attraction mentioned was the one that got the majority vote. I knew better than to write "everyone" because everyone would include me, and I sure didn't vote for it.
October 12, 201510 yr Many members here are from a much younger generation. Some even were not tall enough to enjoy SoB when it was operating. Is that why they want it back? They never had the "pleasure" of experience others had....... Personally, I voted for KCKC. I loved that ride. WWL at CP too. Both were water rides that were refreshing, not soaking....... I also voted for no rides to be removed. I hate to see a ride's demise.
October 12, 201510 yr ^ Ha, pleasure. Even though I did get to "experience" the ride, the experience was never a pleasurable one. At least not for me. If a younger generation wants to experience all the pain SOB inflicted on the human body, I'm sure there are easier ways than to rebuild a massive wooden coaster.
October 12, 201510 yr Yep: Ninja, SFOG. The Roller Coaster at New York, New York Casino. Any Zamperla Flying Coaster. Just to name a few.
