Since the new season hasn't officially begun yet, will we be permitted to use the 2014 cups, or will we need to purchase new cups tonight? Does anyone know?

    Well, tonight is also not part of the 2014 season, so I'd reckon that you can't use last year's cups.

    I'd assume that if any souvenir cups are being honored, it will be the 2015 ones. But considering that you get free refills on the day of purchase, I wouldn't buy one tonight and would instead get one during a full operating day.

    Do Gold Pass holders receive the cup for $9.99 regardless of whether they purchase it online or in the park? I know that's how it was last year.

    I would ask the park that question, or look on the parks site.

    Gold pass holders could purchase one for $10.99. That is the 2015 lowest price. Just don't forget to tell them that you have a gold pass.

    Tried that at Carowinds and it was still $14.99. Only way to get it cheaper was online.
