^^Magenta, with your extensive background, you knew you would win the challenge?

It was all in the "stuff."

I don't think my familiarity with the trappings really helped at all with solving the actual puzzles. About the only thing it helped was I impressed the designer of the game who was in the room with us, when I knew the little pointer on a Ouiji board was called a "planchette".

The really cool thing with this whole event was how different people were able to help at different points of the game. It really was a team effort. I knew we'd impress Boddah with our brillance.

One thing the Escape Room The Challenge is they offer team building services. I think this would be one of the most fun and creative ways to actually work on team building.

The naked Russian thankfully did not make an appearance. It would add a very disturbing level to the challenge if he had been there.

Somebody's eventually going to have to spill the beans on the story of the naked Russian. I didn't catch enough of the story to be able to explain it myself.

I would share it, but...

After relaying the story to my husband we figured it had to have been in the news, but came up empty on our searches, so I have to assume that they didn't want to make it public.

Maybe if Ryan knows differently, he can share it.

Some Russian dude illegally lived in the building where ETRC is now. He used to walk around in the buck. They kicked him out when they bought the building.

Princess Sparkles and I had the privilege of doing the second room at ETRC. Both rooms are fun, neither are super easy and if I were really trying to get art work back from the mob, I would be swimming with the fishes tonight. Can't wait for the next room to open up so we can return.

So... at the risk of hearing ambient crickets, does anyone want to be at the escape room at 6:00a on Friday for a live broadcast?

To talk on air or to participate in a search, or for some nefarious purpose?

I think they are going to do live shots with you in the background doing the room.

I want to be there, but unfortunately I cannot.

So, it would probably be a detriment that I've already done both rooms? If not, I'm totally up for being there. It's the least I can do for getting the opportunity to play both rooms for free.

Yeah, it doesn't really matter that you've played the games before. If you wish to come out, your help would be greatly appreciated! You'd probably only be stuck there no later than 9:00.

All of the live spots for tomorrow were moved to today because of the storm. A special thanks to anyone who planning on coming out that early, but it won't be necessary.
