Your First Trip To Halloween Haunt 2014

Featured Replies

My family went on opening night. I was a bit surprised that the attendance seemed to be a bit "down" from previous years. It did pick up a bit once darkness set in. Overall, it was a good experience.

It started about a week earlier this year. I was actually surprised with how crowded it was Friday. Saturday was (and will continue to be) much much busier.

Did you get to go through any of the mazes?

Glad you had fun!

I also went on Friday night. I had 2 people bail on me so I went by myself. The Beast was running great on Friday. After the long straightaway but before the 2nd tunnel it really picked up speed.

Had a bunch of fun and tried out the iPhone 6 camera.

What is the deal with the slider guys?

I encountered a few of them while waiting in line for Tombstone, skidding under the ropes. It's a great effect, a loud noise and then suddenly there's somebody standing next to you.

But I couldn't figure out what they're supposed to be, otherwise. Is it meant to be like Clockwork Orange?

I was a little disappointed that their entire shtick seemed to be the sliding alone and when they appeared in front of someone seemed at a loss for anything else to do but stare. At least say something, yaknow?

Went Saturday and fog seemed quite light... Usually when we get there, their is fog rolling out into the parking lot (thin but visible layer). I've been on days before where it is hard to see your hand a foot in front of you, those days I love!
