20+ People Meet Up Tips

Featured Replies

Not sure if this the place to place this, so if it is not, feel free to delete it.

Anyway, I am having a meet up with 20 people in a group, any tips? Something I should do, something I shouldn't do, ext?

This is a bit different from your visit but I've been a chaperone for multiple visits to both Kings Island and Cedar Point. Here is what has worked for us with elementary/middle school campers.

- Break into smaller groups based on what people want to do: flats, coasters, water rides, just wander.

- Make sure at least one person in the group has a cell phone and the phone numbers of the other folks with cell phones. This helps in coordinating people swaps between groups.

- Set a time to meet up for food and where.

- If you want to see a show all together, pick the time first thing in the morning. The group that gets there first can save spots for the rest.

Good luck and I hope you have a great visit!

Thanks :3 That is helpful. i just wanted to know if there was anything that annoyed people about large groups, and if there was any tips that you had to not be annoying I guess. I never seen a group personally that was that large.

Yeah, splitting into smaller groups is smart. Inherently you'll have someone who needs to use the bathroom, another who wants a drink, another who needs a locker, etc, and it'll be hard to get things accomplished.
