I saw on the Kings Island Facebook page that the Banshee has got its own Ice Cream. It looks really good, and its good for promotinal reasons too. Who else is going to try it?

I haven't seen it on Facebook yet (not looked) but is this the same or different than the Banshee twist ice cream they had at Ice Scream Zone last year? If it's the same, it's good (vanilla dyed pink/purple-ish and blueberry dyed more blue) but it will stain your mouth big time lol. If it's different, I will have to check it out for sure.

I will try it as long as purple does not = grape.

My wife and I are planning on getting one after riding. It will be a nice way of celebrating our first ride on Banshee

I agree that doesn't sound appetizing. Last year it was vanilla blueberry twist with the vanilla dyed a pinkish-purple color and the blueberry dyed more blue. It was yummy!! I will definitely spend quite a bit of money on it this summer.

Already had the Banshee twist last year at the haunt and it was very very good. The blueberry and vanilla flavors compliment each other very well and of course the color scheme is awesome!

I'd like to try it, and perhaps a Strawberry/Banana Diamondback twist, maybe a Rocky Road/Coffee Beast twist, and who knows, a Raspberry/Orange Vortex cone might be tasty...

Yes this is the same as the blueberry ice cream twist that can be found around the park, but heavily dyed aka Banshee Twist that was introduced last season version.

Interesting observation after returning home after enjoying a Banshee Twist. The heavy use of food coloring to get the bright colors may cause an unintended result when going to the bathroom. Lets just say I was concerned at first and thought a trip was needed to the local hospital, then it dawned on me why I was seeing purple

Now if only the ice cream would be topped off with a Banshee, instead of a cherry.

I thought it was a raspberry/blueberry twist cone but remembering that it does stain your clothes if it drips on a white shirt., But i will still eat it.

It wasn't last season, so I'd GUESS it won't be this season. But the park can change their prices at any time, and often do.

Last season after hearing about Banshee Twist Ice cream, I went to the Ice Scream Zone stand to get some. However, I did not see it listed on the tv menus, so I didn't ask for any. Did I miss something or could they just not have had it that day?

I believe I had 5 of the free Banshee Twists they have away at media day... They're no different than the regular blue twist cones. Still just as delicious though!
