And the site administrator doesn't like lawsuits. As stated before, you want to indemnify him? The statement "That's not gonna happen" is not an indemnification.

A better question: If the site administrator receives a letter from a law firm related to your post, do you want your personal information (e-mail address, IP address, etc) shared with the sender? That way, you can get your own papers in the mail.

Each person is responsible for his/her own actions online. That said, any sort of action resulting from message board users not knowing how to capitalize proper nouns is exceedingly unlikely.
