My guess is that any feelings about the court's decision are still dwarfed by heartbreak from the loss of a fine man, 3 and a half years ago.

And don't forget his brother Phil also died since....

Not to put word in anyone's mouth here but during an ERT event this September, a group of higher ups my wife and I talked to suggested that this is the outcome they desired. Again I cannot speak for anyone there and i can say they did not outright say this is what they wanted but my wife and I felt a strong inference and preference for this outcome from our conversations with these employees.

I thought holiday world said they weren't dealing with intamin
