Haunted Houses

Featured Replies

Hey everyone, I'm new here. I live in Gurnee, Illinois (down the street from six flags great america) and have been a coaster lover for a long time, but not on these boards. Im joining now because Im really into halloween events at theme parks and was going to go to fearfest last sunday with my mom but i didnt because i decided to go to the opening weekend of fright fest with my friends instead. I really regret not going though.

Anyways, I wanted to know what the haunted houses at fearfest were like (especially sleepy hollow, maze of madness, house of darkness, and circus horrors 3d. First, how long are the haunted houses? What rooms are in them? Can anyone give me some detailed descriptions? I also would like to know what scenes are in house of darkness and what sleey hollow was like because I heard its really detailed. Thanks. O yea, and is circus horrors that scary? Were the sets designed well? Because the same company who made that 3d haunted house made the crappy family ones for six flags and I was wondering what age group it was geared toward.

Also, whats the event as a whole like? what music do they play in the parks? What scareacters do they have? And how many of them walk around the park? How would you rate this years event against other theme park haunts?
