Gold Pass Processing

Featured Replies

Okay so I am a new Gold Pass holder. I have never had one and am new to this whole ordeal. I bought my Gold Pass online and have the paper that I need to get the pass made. Do I go to where the season passes are made? or is there a different office I need to go to? and are they open today? I tried calling to ask someone there and was put on hold and then hung up on.

You walk into the season pass building through the big red canopy to process your pass and have your picture taken. Their hours during Monday through Friday are 4PM to 8PM and during the weekend during regular park hours. The park opens for the 2013 season, this Saturday, April 27th.

Season pass processing is open from 4pm to 8pm today. When you get to the entrance plaza, look to the left and find the ticket sales building. On the far left side of that building is a door that will take you into the processing office. Take your paper in there, and they will take your picture and give you the actual pass.

EDIT: Basically what ^he said.

I have a question regarding this, but don't wanna start a new topic. I lost my paper. But I have my confirmation number and proof of payment from an email I got from KI can I show them that? Will that be enough?

I bought mine online as well, and I don't have a printer, but I wrote down the confirmation number. Along with that and my ID and such, that should be enough right?

What about if you brought in on your phone? All they do is scan the barcode off it it. Just an idea.

bring your pass from last year, pay at the ticket office, and I don't think you have to process anything in the season pass processing center. At least I didn't when I renewed at the park last season.
