Event planning

Featured Replies

I was put in charge of setting up an event at Kings Island, where our group would volunteer at the park for two days and possibly get a day of free admission, it get even more complicated b/c I was told this event would involve camping at the park (Not naming the organization I'm a part of but it involves a certain youth program). So with an event that involves an overnight stay, Volunteer service, the possiblity of free admission for a day, and good PR for Kings Island, who in the heck do I contact at the park to try and discuss the possibilites of an event like this?

...however, there is no longer a camp ground.

There is...just not next to Kings Island....just kidding, just kidding.

Besides calling the park at 513.754.5700, you can contact the group sales department as to your request at the park's web site:

The park has a volunteer office that coordinates with groups for these type of events. They can answer your questions that you might have.

Don't quote me 100% on this, but I do believe that they have had camp outs in the park in the past for private groups.

That is, IIRC.
