Pretty much on what your though the date might be.

For me I think it'll be either April 27th then closed to the public on the 28th. Or May 4th and closed to the public on the 5th.

Full-operation on May 12th or 19th (all 2013 of course)

Opening Saturday, April 27 and daily operation beginning Friday, May 10 would be consistent with the past two years, so that's my guess.

The last Saturday in April is usually a safe bet.

I'm betting on April 27, as much as I hope it's earlier. I graduate college on that day, and I'm trying to think of some way to balance maximizing my day at KI with my excitement to graduate. (At the moment, I'm trying to convince my family that, upon receiving my diploma, I should be allowed to do a quadruple back flip onto a motorcycle and speed off into the distance to KI, but they don't seem to like that idea yet. I'm hoping they'll warm up to it eventually.)

I miss the days when it opened early to mid-April. I remember being at the park on April 9th before.

Then again, I remember one opening day when the park closed at 12pm, only two hours after opening because it was cold and drizzly.

...and because there were more employees than guests in the park, and most of the latter were season pass holders. You can bet if multi-thousands were enjoying that cold, drizzly day the park would not have closed early.

I wish there wouldn't be an opening day. Just be open every weekend.

Maybe more south like in Georgia, I wish KI was there and I lived near there. Like Phoenix? Sure they go down to Weekends only but at least they have the park opened year round.
