New Paramount Park in Japan?

This morning Paramount Parks issued a Press Release saying that they wanted to build a park in Japan.

From the description and picture it looks like it will be more of an Orlando type movie park. The article says that there will be three hotels on 85 acres of property in Fukuoka, Japan. There will also be eduction services on the property.

I think this was released because Viacom and the Paramount Parks did so well financially in Q2.
