October 9, 201213 yr I just had a question about on-ride photos. What does it nescisarily mean? I see people who have on ride photos for their avatars, and I also see people post on-ride videos. But I thought on-ride videos and photos were not allowed on this website. I am wondering what qualifys for an on-ride photo. Thanks all you fellow KICers.
October 9, 201213 yr Have you tried the online photo option for Kings Island ride photos that you may purchase at Kings Island? Please look for them at the park when you can, I believe that is how one gets it.
October 9, 201213 yr The photos and videos that aren't allowed to be taken at the park are ones taken by cameras brought on the ride by riders. On ride photos taken by the park and sold as souvineirs are fine.
October 12, 201213 yr Author Example: Is this allowed? I'll take this ride if you can somehow bring the view with it! (Photo from TPR)
October 12, 201213 yr If a person brought a camera on ride to take a picture like this, it is against park rules and Ohio law. Only pictures that are taken by the park on ride photos, or on pre-approved basis by the park for TV shows or movies where the equipment is safely attached and approved by the park would be allowed.
October 22, 201213 yr With a camera. Coaster-Force claims they get park permission. Others take them without consent of the park.
October 23, 201213 yr Duh, Lol, I knew that I mean how do they get it on the ride without being caught? I know most of them hide them where cameras are at certain points of the ride. LOL
