Small looping coaster

Featured Replies

If you want something relatively small that takes you upside down, a flat would seem more appropriate. A modern Corkscrew would be balked at by fans of big coasters and would be too scary for a kids/family ride.

I enjoyed the rock-o-plane that would let you rock it upside down while rotating in the air. Americana used to have one and you see them at fairs.

^There's also a Rock-O-Plane at Coney Island in Cincy. :)

About the topic, I agree that any small upside down flat ride nowadays would be a bit better.

I would consider Invertigo a small looping coaster... As well as Vortex to be a somewhat medium size looper. I think the smaller we go, the less interested enthusiasts and guests will react.

Like I have said before....I still think that it would be cool to have a Much Larger and modern version of Screamin' Demon built at Kings Island.

Heck no.

Corkscrew is quite possibly the worst roller coaster I have ever ridden. Seriously.

Either that or Sidewinder at Hersheypark...

Small looper like Son of Beast?

A steel roller coaster with the design and layout based on Son of Beast..... Not to bad of an idea....What could possibly go wrong..... :)
