Cropping ride photos

Featured Replies

Would be nice if the park would crop the ride photos so only the members of your group would be in the photo. I went to purchase the most fantastic picture of my husband and daughter on Diamondback but the riders in front of them were making inappropriate gestures with their fingers that ruined the photo. Not sure why you have to buy pictures of some stranger just to get a photo of your family.

The operators of the photo booths try their hardest to get only you in the photo, but the software simply doesn't allow for that kind of flexibility. At least I don't think...

I have requested that an on-ride photo be cropped to include only my niece and myself. The operator in the photo booth at Vortex was happy to do so. I have no idea if the cameras, software, etc at Diamondback are any different. Did you ask them to crop the photo?

If they can't crop out the other people, I think it would be neat if they could change the other people into characters like Scooby Doo, err sorry, Snoopy.

At Universal they do this on most rides. I would think if the picture is digital it should be fairly easy to do. You can do it on your computer at home as well, so the software is available for free.
