Knotts Berry & Disneyland 5 Year Lawsuit History Story

Featured Replies

The Orange County Register has an interesting story charting five years of lawsuits filed against Cedar Fair's Knott's Berry Farm and Disney's Disneyland.

It is an interesting read. The history shows the parks generally prevail and win or settle suits. Only two significant losses and they seem to be in the category of reasonable.

Here is the story:

People will sue for anything anymore. And go as far as injuring themselfs trying to get money. Which won't work if cams all around catching them.

Interesting that neither the 2009 Xcelerator nor 2010 Pony Express accidents at Knotts seem to have driven a number of lawsuits - unless they are still pending and/or not filed yet.

Some people amuse me. I personally had an injury at KI a few years back, no lawsuits, because I know it was not their fault. Main point, if you have an accident by your stupidity, please dont sue....
