The dates for Spirit Song 2012 have been announced, and tickets are available now during their "Christmas Pre-Sale". As usual, they have a very good line-up of acts:

June 28th: Switchfoot, Jeremy Camp, Lecrae, Icon For Hire and Manafest

June 29th: tobyMac, Owl City, RED, Royal Tailor and Jamie Grace

June 30th: Third Day, NEEDTOBREATHE, Family Force 5, Nine Lashes and Sent by Ravens

Does that website tease a new logo for Kings Island? It looks like there is different font, a star, and a color change on the flag from what is on the KI website.

Nope, it's in Clearface Gothic, just like the regular logo, I think.

Yeah. They have several variations of the KI logo. Keep in mind that there is also the logo with the red text and the blue flag, with Kings and Island stacked on top of each other.

^You are correct. There have been a few other spring and fall Christian music festivals in Timberwolf before, but Spirit Song was always in July since it's first year in 1997.

And, coming from someone who's been to a Winter Jam concert, do know that $10 is an absolute steal for the number of great performers that will be there. I highly recommend it.

Assuming that they sing one of their most recent popular songs (it was a single), one of the bands will say the same of a Kings Island ride during one of their songs, due to the fact that it's part of the lyrics. Name the ride. You would absolutely have to know the answer to this trivia question, because it's not something that could very easily be guessed. I think it's a very cool piece of trivia. Any takers on the answer?

I'd be even more impressed if someone came back with something that I'm not even thinking about. Skillet isn't there this year, so no "monster" or "The Beast." (Wow! That's two in the same song!) I'll give out some clues if nobody gets it at first.

I'm very excited about the lineup this year. A lot more bands/performers that I've regularly heard on RadioU this year moreso than last year!

^ A quick search did not reveal Son of Beast as either a song title or part of the lyrics of any Lecrae song. So, that's not the one I'm thinking about but it'd be cool if it fit to too! Can you reference what song it's from??

A couple of hints: the name of the ride is IN the song. It is not the title. It is from a rock band, a band you can hear on RadioU at that!

It's too bad that Skillet won't be at the event this year. This summer they're taking some time off from touring to write more of their next album. It is still an incredible line up however. Family Force 5, tobyMac, and Switchfoot are some of my all time favorite musical groups. It may take some convincing to get somebody to drive me the whole 9 hours to get there!

No. Tickets for SpiritSong are for sale. Kings Island passes do not get you into the concerts. Nor do Platinum Passes.
