Hahaha. I had quite an unusual find today, I decided to do Boo Blasters today and I could help to notice there were 3 people just hidden in the ride in costumes. They didn't scare you at all they just stood there.....did anyone else see this?

I had heard that Boo Blasters would be open for Haunt, but hadn't heard about anything special going on with it. I always thought it was weird that the haunted house was closed for Halloween Haunt.

I noticed them tonight also when I rode twice (the only thing you could easily get on tonight).

When I rode (once last Saturday and twice yesterday), at least one out of the 3 popped out from behind a wall and tried to scare us.

Wife and I rode it last night and the people in there surprised us. There were a couple who didn't really do much, but the first one got us pretty good since he came running out from behind something. Then there was someone who got my wife pretty good when we were leaving. Nice surprise on the ride.

yeah i thought it was a pretty cool addition this year. i found out opening night about it and i thought it was very neat that they did that. the very first person scared me cause i didnt know he was going to be there then at the exit too he really got me lol

So ive never been to the haunt and this post got me woundering what rides are closed during the haunt.

I was quite disappointed. One of them actually scared me, one just stood there, and a third knocked the guns out of my friends' and I's hands. I told the ride op about the gun incident and all she said was "Oh, that's too bad."

Wife and I were talking they could really get some good scares if they stood on the blind side of when the cars are turning and pop around and go BOO!

I'm SHOCKED that Morgan Rides said that it was okay to have people running around the ride while it's in operation...

They have a system in place that keeps them a certain distance from the track. I honestly think you're liein about him knocking the guns out of your hands, because there is no way, under this system, he could even come that close.

^^ I'm surprised, too... I didn't know Morgan Rides would care. (Isn't BBoBH a Sally Corp. ride?)

Morgan built the original ride system in 1992, Sally has done the re-themes.

im shocked for those scareactors not getting in trouble with there supervisor for saying "BOO!" when i worked there in 09' it was highly stressed that we couldn't say that.

Well, given the fact the ride is called BOO Blasters, saying the word BOO is almost entirely necessary if one is a monster in there...
