Why not get it processed since you're already there? I would imagine they would tell you the same thing but you can always call KI and they will be able to give a definate answer on their procedure.

Pass processing is basically a walk in and your done deal at this point in the season.

Simple answer to the question: No. It's park policy that you must have your season pass processed before entering the park. On rare occasions they may make exceptions to this rule, and that's typically ONLY if the season pass processing line is extremely long or if there is something wrong with the processing equipment. But that's extremely rare. And as DIeseltech said, you usually don't have to wait too long for processing at this time of year.
