Why You Should Travel To Kings Island

Featured Replies

My daughter had to write a paragraph about travels. She naturally picked KI. Here's her paper, I thought I'd share ;)

Why You Should Travel To Kings Island

To prepare for a trip, you must first have a plan. You must decide where you are going so that you can pack what you need.

First, you have to pack up the important things you need. And if you have enough room, you can bring some toys. And you bring stuff like shampoo, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. And take a hairbrush. And that's how to first get prepared for a trip.

You should travel to Kings Island. Because it is so much fun. And it has a bunch of rides. And a lot of food. They also have gift shops with a lot of t-shirts and toys. And hats. That's why you should go to Kings Island.

I think it's kind of funny. Our family is known around school as the Kings Island addicts....I don't know why ;)

I think I can safely say that there are many of us on here that are known in our places of employment or schools as KI addicts. Whenever someone in my department has a question about KI, they know who to ask! There's one guy that, everytime he talks to me, asks me if I've ridden WindSeeker yet. He even asked me this in the beginning of April...

That's a nice paper. It reminds me of when GatorGirl was asked in her kindergarten class at the beginning of the school year where her favorite place was. Hmmmm... take a wild guess what her answer was... That's my girl! :D

Yeah, my son had to write one of those papers too, but he wrote about why he likes Cedar Point, traitor.....

Same here! People will even hand me coupons not knowing KI sells season passes, much less know I have one!

I have been getting that question a lot as well. Just today in a meeting I was showing my co-workers the pictures that I took Monday. Several now want to go ride WS as well. I was hoping to have a PTR up by now, but been so busy getting ready for camping this weekend, it might not get up till next week!

Edit: Thanks for sharing the paper pcc! That was awesome!

same here, I used to write papers about KI back when I was in High School in the late 90's.

PCC, a very cute paragraph! :)

(I find that you can really see how a kid's mind works when you get to read something like this.)

That's a very smart idea. :D Thanks for sharing her paragraph!

And hats. That's why you should go to Kings Island.

Of course, everything has to be about hats. I just can't get away from them! rolleyes.gif

(You get a cake if you get the reference!)
