Final Day For Sunlite Pool in 2010

Featured Replies

This Sunday, September 12 is the final day of operation for both Sunlite Pool and Coney`s Classic Rides in the 2010 season. After Sunday, the pool will be closed until Memorial Day weekend 2010. The rides will be open three more weekends after this weekend for the Fall-O-Ween Festival the last weekend in September, and the first two in October.

So Sunday is the last day for 2010 season pass holders to use their passes (passes are valid for discounted admission to Fall-O-Ween Festival). Also note that both the rides and pool are closed to the public on Saturday, September 11th for a private company outing. Hours on Sunday are 10-6 for Sunlite Pool and 11-6 for the rides. Special pricing is in place for this bonus day, Sunlite Pool admission is $7.95, Rides are $7.95 (savings of $4 off regular admission) and a Pool and Rides ticket costs $13.95 a savings of $8 off regular admission!

And in case you haven`t heard, Dora the Explorer and Spongebob Squarepants are having a lunch at Coney on the first weekend of the Fall-O-Ween Festival. Kind of ironic that these two Nickelodeon characters are visiting the amusement park that eventually led to the creation of the park that they called home for several years until this year!
