La Ronde spokesperson Martin Roy flatly rejected Moise's charge of racial harassment. "One of the two guards is black, so that's absolutely not an issue," Roy said yesterday.

Hmm... literally just before I read this I donned a Bob Marley shirt for my trip to Kings Island here in an hour or two, let's see if Cedar Fair has this sort of stance against him

Back on topic, that's ridiculous. If the shirt depicted Bob Marley actually smoking, I could see where that would have been a problem. But from what I understand it was just a design on the shirt.

Based on the details given I think I'm going to side with the park on this one and doesn't seem like a racial issue.

Agreed, it was an issue with the content on the shirt, not the person wearing it.
