Cinderella Castle's Drained Moat

Featured Replies

The people over at WDWMagic.com (the KIC of Walt Disney World) have posted some interesting photos of the moat surrounding Cinderella Castle and other areas of the Magic Kingdom completely drained. For any of you Disney fans out there, it's certainly a good one to check out by clicking here.

Woohoo! I run the photo contests over at that site!

Anyways, cool pics! That is cool to see even though if I were at the park when this happens it would seriously ruin the magic a little bit for me. But I guess it is needed every once and a while.

You guys should check out Disneyland its flooding right now.

I always love seeing photos or watching TV Shows that kind of show Disney exposed. I love seeing the drainage pipes in those pictures and how the park looks whenever it is kind of bare in some places.

That is how I feel when I go to Kings Island, I like seeing something "different"...but that is because I go often enough...the same is not true for me with WDW, when I go there I want everything to be perfect. On my first trip to Disneyland the castle was being worked on...it had tarps all around the front...do you know how disappointing that was.sad.gif
