What have you seen people getting kicked out of Kings Island for?

I Am just curious!

I have seen people smoking, showing far too much affection for eachother, and worse- in full view of KI security employees- and they haven't been kicked out. So I don't even know what you do to get kicked out.

i saw someone throwing flip flops out of a bookbag this guy had. He was throwing them at people in line for Son of Beast, on a really busy day around 2004 i think. He was taking advantage of the fact that people wouldnt leave the line to go after him. Only threw about 4 or 5 before security got him.

and secondly, why 'scold' another member when you could have clearly sent a private message to them and politely brought the issue to the users attention.

now that I have seen except he did not get kicked out but went to guest relations to continue his tirade, which never ended from Diamondback to guest relations

I have kicked people out for line jumping, being unruly, basically things that are against KI policy.

But that was back in 03/04 when I was a young ride op...

I've seen somebody get kicked out for wearing very very exposing clothes.

I am going to start this by saying that I have nothing against gays, lesbians, or those who like to wear clothing of the opposite sex HOWEVER.....

The guy on Pride night in 04 wearing a sundress and a full beard (and this thing was Bushy as all get out....) was a very startling thing to a young ride op.

Back in 98 I was working on Congo Falls while they used to have MTV Grind Dance parties after closing and we caught a guy jump off the boat unto the catwalk on the turn around and jumped back in right before the boat dropped, while we called security they luckily seen what happened and ran down the exit and walked him out to security! One thing I loved doing when I worked there was if I saw a line jumper I would pull out my ID and say if you don't leave I'll have security here to take you out of the park and it always worked for 7 years!

Beast79, that's what I'd do. I know how much I hate line jumpers and if I saw one, I wouldn't play.

This summer a boy tried to line jump infront of my girls on Swipers Sweepers and my 5 year old said hey thats not right get behind me and the boy did it! Muahahaha I'm raising them right!

Does anyone remember Grad Niight? I was working Grad Night back in '94 as a litter giitter when I (and security) observed a guy's lady friend giving him a Monica (before we knew who Monica was) and this "senior" and guest was kicked out of the park. I hope his school and parents told him the facts of life.

I wish they'd be a bit more trigger-happy when it came to kicking guests out of the park, or even denying them admission in the first place. I've seen multiple pieces of clothing that, well, there was no way they would EVER be close to being appropriate. One in particular suggested that the person reading the shirt enjoyed copulating with their mother. I was speechless.

Before they could ever start doing that in good conscience, they would need to look in their own gift shops and see what apparel they are selling. Quite a bit of it would have been considered inappropriate to wear in the park, and perhaps even in public, as little as 20 years ago.

The closest I've seen to someone being thrown out was once, about 5 years ago on the Train, there was a gentleman working as the announcer (conductor?) who was about 75 years old and very avuncular and friendly. Then the train seemed to run over a groundhog, and a bunch of unruly teen boys stood up and cheered and pretty much went nuts. The conductor guy immediately switched into a voice that sounded like R. Lee Ermey's Drill Sergeant from "Full Metal Jacket," and said "You boys will sit down and behave, or I'll have security waiting for you at the station, and you'll find yourselves thrown out of the park!" ...you could have heard a pin drop (well, you know, if the train wasn't running and all). The boys certainly behaved for the rest of the ride, and a few ladies up close to the front golf-clapped. If the boys weren't thrown out physically, their attitudes certainly were.

Assuming your off the clock and not in uniform, do yourself a favor and dont do it.

Some of it is even fairly inappropriate now. Ironic that the same park also hosts certain concert events...

I saw a fight back in 2007. I'm pretty sure they were thrown out, as they were at least escorted from the area by KI Police and Security - in handcuffs. Sad thing is, the fight wasn't even worth seeing (not that I want to see anything like that at an amusement park).

Well, we waited till they were climbing into the car, and told them that they have to get out of the train and leave the ride area for line jumping. They refused to get out, we refused to dispatch the train till they left. Security was called, in which the guilty party still refused to move, then Mason police showed up, they STILL refused to move, until one of the Mason cops grabbed an arm and HAULED them out of the train, put some pretty, shiny bracelets on their wrists, and escorted them through the park.

It would have been back in the 80's (when it seemed as though rules were more strictly enforced). I knew people who were kicked out of the park for line jumping on Racer and not following the rules while riding the Antique Cars (chinese fire drills, switching cars with people riding from the other side, stopping the car in the middle of the track and leaving the ride).

Oh gez I remember catching chinese fire drills on the good ol Antique cars.

I remember that I was on that train the girls needed to move I was a little upset casue of the wait we had till the cop hauled them out of the train. I belive I was in row 7 or 6 cant remember.

My "Kicked out of KI" story is I was rideing Vortex at about 5 o clock one day it was a moderate busy day but Vortex had a good line that line jumping can happen. Well there was a group of 5 kids 3 boys 2 girls. I was about to get in my last row seat and noticed all 5 of them climbing right under the rails to meet up with another group of another 5 kids. The ride op didnt notice till I said something that 5 kids had saved a spot in line for another 5 kids. The ride op had called secruity and they were escorted out I actully follwed the guard becasue it was a good freind of mine and I wanted to say thanks and I wanted to head to Invertigo which had no line.
