The Ontario County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a Pennsylvania man that was found dead in Sunshine Lake, near Darien Lake Theme Park.

William Sutherland, 33 years old, had attended a concert at the performing arts center with friends Friday night. He was found early Sunday morning around 1:30 in Sunshine Lake, a small body of water within the parking areas of Darien Lake's theme park grounds....

Wow! I have been to Darien Lake before and it is a really nice park with a great Intamin Giga coaster.

Ok someone help me out cause I'm not sure I'm reading this right. Is that article contradicting itself?

Body Found At Darien Lake Theme Park? In the article itself says first paragraph "found dead in Sunshine Lake" goes on to saying near Darien Lake Theme Park? In or near? Or does the park actually own that land?

I think the body of water is in Darien Lake's parking lot.
