July 30, 200917 yr i posted a question about the discount tickets online yesterday and now i don't see the post. i just had a question about it. jan
July 30, 200917 yr Yeah, I can't find it so I think it DID get deleted, although I'd have no idea why?
July 30, 200917 yr Another one of those topics we are not allowed to talk about... Think about it, if you talk about discount tickets, some new users may think they actually exist, and take your information as fact! We can't have that!!!
July 30, 200917 yr Absolutely!!! Posting a thread about how to get discount tickets is almost as bad as posting a thread about the metal detectors. Remember you can only post threads that make the man upstairs happy,
July 30, 200917 yr OH MAH! Teh metal detectors are off! That is sooooo damaging to the park. That one *is* kind of understandable. Kind of.
July 30, 200917 yr ^^^^Well, there was a thread about discount tickets yesterday, and then it went... POOF. ^I agree, people want to feel safe at KI. If metal detectors are turned off they may decide not to go to KI.
July 30, 200917 yr I can KINDA see why they have deleted the thread about metal dectectors. It could be safety reason. Still, It's a little odd
July 30, 200917 yr Answer the poor lady's question. Jeez. I'm sorry. I would answer but I have no clue on discount tickets and such.
July 30, 200917 yr To answer the question the best place I know to get discount tickets is www.visitkingsisland.com At least thats where I always bought tickets before I started getting season passes.
July 30, 200917 yr visitkingsisland.com, Kroger, and AAA (autoservice) has discount tickets. They are $32.99 online and at Kroger, and Pay Once, Visit Twice for $47.99 are at Kroger and online (maybe). Hope this helps .
July 30, 200917 yr It seems people make accounts just to ask a certian question and never use the site again. but later on the topic it did get deleted casue for somereson theres alot of people here that talk about things we arnt allowed to but we didnt know we couldnt tlak about. CK who says lots of words.
July 30, 200917 yr and now we know why the other thread is closed... those deals are not for everyone, and should only be used for Louisville area residents only... although i must admit the get in the night before for ten bucks thing is amazing sounding...
July 31, 200917 yr Exactly. Please refrain from posting links to corporate partner sites. The ticketing information on them is not for the general public.
July 31, 200917 yr Don't forget meijer has discount tickets as well. I do not know the prices of them, however. Some local businesses such as credit unions also carry them for their members or business associates. In the past it seems that AAA member discount tickets are the cheapest, followed by KI's online ticket sales which are usually a surprisingly good rate. Posted from my BlackBerry mobile device.
