July 21, 200917 yr I think Coney Mall needs a good flat ride and Intamin( don't think I spelled that right)
July 21, 200917 yr A Skyhawk or a Ferris Wheel It would be nice to have both and Skyhawk should be swinging over The Racer.
July 21, 200917 yr A Skyhawk or a Ferris Wheel It would be nice to have both and Skyhawk should be swinging over The Racer. I agree with this on so many levels!
July 21, 200917 yr So do I but it be cool to have a inverted duel coaster there since Coney Mall needs a new ride.
July 21, 200917 yr ^No. Coney Mall is old time themed, a duel coaster would ruin the atmosphere. Well maybe if it is like back in X Base right on the edge of Coney Mall and X Base.
July 21, 200917 yr ^NO! I think that would disrupt the old fashion turn of the centry Theme Park idea that Coney has. I think another wood or a few good flats would do wonders for that place!!!??!

July 21, 200917 yr Flying Eagles would be the best move the park could make, the public would go crazy over it.

July 21, 200917 yr No part of the park can have the intended 'feel' without the proper music. (Now I'll shut up about it. ) ^Oh yes!!!! Bring back the Flyers!!! Sorely missed.
July 21, 200917 yr Flying Eagles would be the best move the park could make, the public would go crazy over it. I would go crazy over it! They need to bring them back and the antique cars.

July 21, 200917 yr Tilt-a-Whirl! That was the first thing that popped in to my head too. It would fit the area well. I also like the idea of a giant slide. Anything I can ride with my little one that isn't big enough for the coasters yet.
July 21, 200917 yr ^No. Coney Mall is old time themed, a duel coaster would ruin the atmosphere. Back in the day it was, but now? I don't see how you call BLSC, FOF, Firehawk and the Sprite 3 point challenge in keeping with the old time theme..the antique cars and eagles gave it that nostalgic feel but once those were removed, all old time themeing for CM ceased to exist. On a side note, CM needs another set of restrooms!
July 21, 200917 yr From the time Skylab was remove I have always wished it would be replaced by a Ferris wheel and I still do. I believe a large ferris wheel covered in lights would greatly impact the look of Coney Mall at night and would help to restore a lot of it's nostalgic feel. It really is a prime location because it's one of the higher elevation points of the park, it would give you an excellent view of all of Coney Mall, a view into Action Zone, and you would be able to see the skyline of quite a few other larger park rides.
July 21, 200917 yr ^No. Coney Mall is old time themed, a duel coaster would ruin the atmosphere. The best thing that could happen is to make Coney Mall what it was originally intended. A tribute to Coney Island. They could make it similar to Coney's Midway back in the late 60's or early 70's. Including similar rides: The Whip Cuddle-Up Flying Eagles Tumblebug etc. and pilotank
July 22, 200917 yr Ironically, the similar area at Kings Dominion much more resembles the old Coney Island of Ohio than does Coney Mall at Kings Island nowadays. It even still has the ginkgo trees trimmed to look like Push-Up brand ice cream treats.
