Construction at Canada's Wonderland

So apparently they thought they were going to get a Dive Machine or a Wing Rider or mega lite. Now, they keep talking about getting a wing rider and how it won't fit in a place park that management said they wanted to build up attractions in. They think they are getting a wing rider and it will go somewhere else than park management wanted to put attractions. I swear, they went from one thing to another to another to another. (It started out a coaster, then a water slide or coaster, then a flat ride, then a mega lite, then a dive machine, and now a wing rider. That is from reading about 7 random pages from the thread).

Cedar Fair is spending lots of money this/next year.

This is a business in which one must spend money to make money. The questions are how much, for what, and where. That's the rub.

I obviously know that. What I'm saying is that there are many parks this year that seem to be getting new coasters. The new coasters that we know about don't seem to be cheap. Like this year they spent what 6 million on Prowler? God knows that the Intamins, Premiers, and maybe B&Ms that are coming to the parks for next season are not cheap. We don't even know yet what CP is getting on Mille Island and we know that will be expensive too.

Cedar Fair is bringing out the stacks for next season.

Interesting to say the least. In 2008 they get Behemoth, the biggest ride in all of Canada, and in 2010, another major coaster?

Maybe it won't be a major coaster. Also, their 30th anniversary is next year, too, so, you never know. Also, TTD-120-420, how do we know that CP's installation will be expensive? But hey, maybe this means we get another coaster in 2011. It'll be interesting to see what they get.

I haven't seen any pictures of the construction but since they did get behemoth last year it could be a small surf rider.
