Didn't see anything about his 100% 1.3 million bonus plus other benefits putting him up around 4 million. The net income for Cedar Fair in 2008 totaled 5.7 million. I guess what Dick didn't take the rest of the gang got in bonuses.

Well compare that to Mark Shapiro's salary of a little over $1.3 Million in 2007 and with everything else he received his total compensation was almost $5 Million. This year Shapiro looks to get an additional $3 Million bonus for either restructuring or bankruptcy of Six Flags.
