Days not to go to King Island.

Went last year... can you say an hour drive that took 2 hours?

We rode Adventure Express and Zephyr... what a waste of gas...

But maybe this year people will learn that it is allways filled beyone capacity and not go! Then we could have the park to ourselves! Ohh wait, I found a flaw in my logic... PEOPLE NEVER LEARN! (except for us enthusiasts of course)

LOL! No clue how that happened. That happens to me sometimes over at CoasterBuzz. It's annoying. I've seen a guy enter five of the same message. That was weird.

Just want to pass along the information given to me at work-- On the upcoming BAFFD (Bring a Friend Free Day) on April 18, the park will be open till 10, rather than the scheduled 8 close. So those who dare show up will have two more hours to roam the park.

WHA!!! BAFFD IS THIS FRIDAY!!! OH NO! man I Was hoping the park wouldnt be crowed i wanted to roam the park w/out anyone really there ya know! how busy will it be?

I know this has nothing really to do with this topic, but what are good days and what are not good days to go to PKI.

Weekdays in the summer.

BAFFDs are NOT GOOD DAYS TO BE IN THE PARK!

Man, last year was a nightmare! Traffic was backed up 741 and 71! It was nasty. You couldn't wiggle in the park, lines were 3 hours long or more. The food lines were always packed, it was just a bad day (from a customer point of view at least).

Like teenageninja said, weekdays in the summer are the best times to go. Weekends and Friday nights are always busy... well, except for opening weekend... what a disapointment!

hey guys! im coming in from out of state this weekend to visit the park (first time, can't wait!) well, i've heard about friday being packed but what do you think about saturday and sunday? thanks for your help!

Saturday and Sunday will probably not be busy. Friday will be busy. It's supposed to be great weather on Friday but rain all day Saturday and Sunday. The rides will still operate during rain as long as it's not very heavy and there is no lightning in the area. I don't think they are expecting sever weather.

Cincy Weather for this weekend

June 6th is my (21st!) birthday. I am glad I won't be working that day... or that weekend for that matter...
