It's been reported variously. I doubt it does 76 now either. Since the rehab, it seems substantially slower. MaXair, it ain't.

That article talks about how Delerium is a capacity eater. IF the crew is working efficiently (Which it usually isn't), then the line moves on through. Most of the time though, I'll find myself waiting quite a while for Delerium.

I've only ridden Delirium once and we waited about 30 minutes for it. The queue wasn't totally filled, but it wasn't by any means really empty. It was probably a little more than half way filled.
