April 15, 200917 yr For those of you who are successful bidders in the Diamondback First Rider Auction that ends Wednesday, April 15th at 8:30am -- Congrats! Not only are you in for a very special occasion, but your bid helped make someone in need's life a little better. Please be advised that successful bidders will be contacted by Kings Island tomorrow via telephone once all of the bids are in and the auction is closed.
April 15, 200917 yr Yes, congratulations to all the winners! I hope to see some of you get your money's worth.
April 15, 200917 yr Haa, I hope they call after 4:30 because I won't be home until then from school and track practice! I have a $300 bid and I'm super excited. Edit: I'm confused though on how I would raise my bid because I probably will. Do I call the park via the number given on the Diamondback website?

I am not off work until 3 pm tomorrow, and we are really not allowed to use our cell phones at work. Do we have any sort of grace period to call back and confirm our bid if we cannot answer the phone?
April 15, 200917 yr Author I think they're just calling to tell you where to be and when. This is one of those deals where if you have any questions, it's best to call the park directly at 1-800-288-0808.

Thanks Ryan! I wasn't quite sure how the process is going to go. I realize that I have asked about 946,000 questions lately, but I can barely contain my excitement as opening day draws closer!
April 15, 200917 yr Well, my bid has offically fallen below the yellow line, you can go and look at it at about seat 210. I'm placing another bid, this one for $230!
