I'd be happy to see this being a reality - I'll be there the last week of May and will report on how successful they are at this goal.

I don't see how that promise can be kept. No matter how well maintained something is, it is bound to break down from time to time.

Commitment and reality are 2 very different things.

I think a lot of people would be happy just to see a better effort made. Any time I read trip reports from SFA, there's usually more than one major ride down, and no effort being made to open them. I know the locals would be happy just to see the effort there, and fewer days with major rides down.
