I recived my rehire packet from PKI today. I was thinking about it and quite frankly when I left I hated the place anyways. I have been back as a guest and its spark hasn't left but I am not sure if I should go ahead and return. I was a rides person and I worked on Son of Beast. I think I might go someplace less hetic I dunno. I figured I would ask an opinion.

Actually i think there are quite a few Ex-PKI associates who post here (like me ). I got mine in the mail for merch. I might give it one more year, ONLY if they let me have an asst. sup position by the time full season rolls around. It's really all on how you feel about going back. I went back for a second season just for the heck of it and now i have a purpose and that purpose is the reason i want to go back. If it doesn't happen, then sayanora PKI.

If you do decide to go back and change departments, choose wisely. You might not know what you're getting yourself into.

I got my packet too... Gotta figure out if I like my new job though. And hope they keep me past the holidays.

I wouldent go back unless I got the choice of keeping my current job or umgrading it to a better position (Manager, etc.).

I will give you a headsup on SOB. If you want to have pretty much everyone at the park at your ride, go to SOB. I spent one season there and I want to go to TRTR, Beast, or Whitewater. Somewhere nonhetic. Just choose wisely.

Tom, why do you want to leave the Action Zone? Action Zone is where all the fun is at. Maybe you can't handle it? I dunno. All I know is next year I'm going into my fourth season in the Action Zone(pending I get my ride choices) and I'm going to love every minute of it.

I'm going to fill mine out in a couple days, I got 2 packets though do I have to fill out both? They were both in the same packet.

No, usually you would give that second one to a freind. Merch lets you get location choice for that freind if you get them to fill it out and send it in. I don't know if the other departments will do that though.
