November 13, 200817 yr ^^How else do you expect for them to pay for the wrongful death lawsuits?! Isn't Rye Playland owned by State of NY? That would explain their knee-jerk "kids under 13 need to be in sight of the operator at all times on rides" law they tried to pass a few years back...
