The Sign at the park next to the picnic grove says they can be bought at the park. It even says they can be purchased at the entrance to the picnic grove. However I would guess it could sell out, so buying online is probably the easier and safest way to make sure you make it in.

    Picnic grove rarely sells out. You can buy it online, at the front gate or at the picnic grove. Hope this helps!
