Hey guys I just found this website, I love Kings Island and was so happy to find a whole forum dedicated to the place. Anyway, I have been looking at the event page on KI's website and found out that they are doing a run event this year. I have been emailing some people there and am very excited about the event. I love running and Kings Island so hopefully the combination of the two will be really fun. So is anybody else going on August 10th sounds like they are doing a 10K 5K and some kids runs through the park and "behind the scenes" I would love to be able to run through the back area of The Beast!

    I think it would be cool if a bunch of people from KIC went.

    The course would obviously not be complete if the finish wasn't a recreation of the route the Brady Bunch took to relay the ride plans to the front of the park. The canoes are no longer there and there'd be no run through the antique cars but I think it'd still be awesome

    I love running and I have been running since I was in 5th grade and did Cross Country,Track throughout middle school,high school and still continue to run and do 5k,10k,races and I plan on doing the Columbus marathon in October and I don't wanna shoot for any certain time I just want to finish it. This is going to be really cool and i'm sure people are going to enjoy this. I hope the race goes back by The Beast myself also and through the woods. I'm also wanting to know when are we going to know more details about this? I signed up for a e-mail but I still haven't had information e-mailed to me yet still. I was wondering also what the cost of the race will be and if it will get you in the park for the day too? I am really looking forward to this event i'm excited for this its an awesome idea whoever came up with it kudos to them! :D

    From what I've heard you can get in the park with race entry I am also waiting for the email with more information and detailed pricing
