Well looks like we have planned the right day for this week to make the track down to Cincinnati! :D

^^WRONG!!!!!! Try again....many agree that with the new trains, re-tracking, and speed adjustments, SOB is far more smoother than The Beast nowadays....

^^ I don't know if I'd go that far. The Beast was pretty smooth every time I've been on it this year.

The Beast is so much smoother than it was last year. waaayyyyy better than Son of Beast in my opinion.

I have always liked the way The Beast rattels you it's just fun. I think theres a big diffrence between SOB rough and The Beast rough...

There is some truth to Beast helping arthritis. I have frequent back pain and yesterday was a bad day. I took a ride before my shift, and was good to go for most of the night. Amazing.

Cheaper than a back cracker!!

Last year, The Beast cleared up a headache I had.

Well said rcgreak there is a big difference between The Beast rough and SOB rough. SOB just proves that wooden coasters are not meant to go over 170 feet and go 70 mph into a helix from hell.

I second that.

Although the first drop is fun the rest hurts.

This year on The Beast it never actually hurt.

Interesting. I know a wooden coaster that is 181 foot tall, has the steepest drop of any wooden coaster, and goes 70 miles per hour at a smoother pace than any other wooden coaster I have ever ridden.....and yes, it's wood...and that's no bull, though the coaster is a Spanish one....

I've told my kids that we will be talking a trip to NJ when they reach 54 inches. Can't wait to finally ride that Spanish bull..... I've never heard a bad word said about it.

Looks like we'll be there tomorrow eveining as well. Say hello to the old guy with the 2 kids if you see us......

Maybe 'terpy will back me up on this, but I've found the middle (nowadays) to be pretty rough, mainly during the twister finale...still nothing like Beast or SOB though!

I have a couple of years before that trip. I won't be traveling that far until they are tall enough to ride everything.
