Season Pass Question/Problem

Featured Replies

Hello,

I'm 18 years old and I just bought a JR/SR Platinum Pass Online. I bought the cheaper deal. It wasn't until I bought it that I noticed the fine print that said Ages 3 and Up; 48" or below, Ages 62 and Up. I'm afraid that I bought the wrong pass for my age and that I won't be able to get my pass. Are my fears true? And if so, is there any way to switch what I bought before I go to process my pass.

Thanks for all help.

Yes, I was able to upgrade from gold to platinum, so just tell someone at the ticket window and they should be able to help you (that's all I had to do, and it took less than a minute). If they can't, then walk over to guest relations...

Would I be able to just switch to a regular Adult Pass instead of a Platinum Adult Pass? Paying $6.00 more for the regular pass is a lot more within my range right now, rather than paying $60.00 more for a Platinum Season Pass.

You should be able to do that....I'm sure that Mr. Kinzel would not want the company turning down another 120 nickels! :) Be aware that regular season passes do NOT include parking now.
