People making out in lines

Featured Replies

So I was at KI today, and it was CROWDED...we even had to wait in line for amazon falls. Anyway, every single stinkin time I was in a line, low and behold...there was a couple in front of me with their hands all over each other, and their tounges down each other's throats! If ride ops can tell people to get down off the bars while in line, not to smoke while in line, can they please tell imature idiots to not make out in line?!?!?!! Does this bug/gross anyone else out?

No kidding. I can understand, since I'm most of the people that make out's age, that it's hard not to. But they need to tell themselves that there are other people around that don't want to see it. I know their thoughts though, "I love him/her, there's nothing to do, he/she looks hot, let's jam my tongue down his/her throat!"

I've never made out in line, but there have been times it would have been nice - especially with a few of the chicks I've seen wandering around the park! But seriously, that kind of behavior should be private and I know that I'd be embarrassed if my girl was all over me - and I'm sure my girl would be embarrassed if I were all over her.

I guess I'm just too old to get it. I don't. Would these people do that in front of their parents? Because most of the people doing it were not out of high school. And the fact that I had my 10 and 11 year old nephews with me...they were like "GROSS!" I told them, "That's right, you better never do that!" LOL!

This one couple in front of us for FOF was absolutely ridiculous! The guy was about the size of my leg, and the girl was about the size of 5 of my legs, and they couldn't keep their hands off of each other. I was worried about the rides making me lose my lunch, but that pretty much did it. HA HA! I am just venting, because it was literally every line I stood in today!

Yuck. That reasoning part of the brain IS the last to develop so you know... My ex would always try to and I wouldn't let her. I always felt embarrassed, not because of her but because it was just repulsive to be all over each other in public.

It's not always the kids though...even some adults! I give the kids more credit than the adults. The adults should know better.

I haven't seen many adults. I have seen them though. Far sicker. I just picture my parents in the same position and gross out.

I was in line for the Crypt two weeks ago and there were these two teenaged couples there too. The one couple made out for a couple seconds and then stopped but the other couple was going at it hardcore for like at least a solid minute. It was rather disgusting.

I'm probably in the minority here, but I don't mind it. I just don't pay them much attention. If that's what they want to do, by all means.

Im married and love my husband to death, but were not big on public displays of affection.. In line for Son of Beast yesterday (waited about an hour and a half) there was a young couple going at it like crazy and my husband told them to get a room.. let me tell ya, after an hour, I was willing to pay for the room myself. A little peck is no big deal, but save the sloppy stuff for private time ;)

Yup, never felt the need to be all over your partner or date at the park.

A quick peck, don't see an issue with. Holding hands, ok. Deep and penetrating kisses, you're just showing off.

I thought of something else....

Where did they get the idea that stuff like that was acceptable behavior anywhere & anytime? Maybe I don't peruse the same magazines they read!

XOXOXOXO!

Thinking about it.

I think that it probably has a lot to do with self image and self security issues.

Usually those that are confident & secure in themselves and in their relationships do not have the need to do that.

The rest of this thread pretty much makes my comment almost unnecessary, but I still must ask, is it okay if mature idiots make out in line? :)

This is very true. I actually saw a girl get mad because her boyfriend slowed down a kiss she was instigating. She accused him of not wanting to kiss her in front of all the hot girls at the park... I had to roll my eyes at this. Im not making fun of anyone having self esteem issues but some people just get embarrased being groped in front of everyone! I felt really bad for the guy, though, she got out of line in Firehawk, when they had been waiting about an hour and a half in front of us and he went after her. I turned to my husband and said "Id be finding you after the ride"

Mature idiots aren't the ones making out in line, they are the ones lighting up the cigs. :)

That's how my ex was. She couldn't seem to understand that I didn't want or need to be all over her in front of everyone else. She tried to pull the same shenanigans in school too. That didn't fly either. We had several fights about the whole affection thing.

As for the couple in line. I too would have said, "See you after the ride!"

 I wouldnt have been getting out of line. I dont think I would be able to enjoy myself at a place like Kings Island with a significant other like that!!

another thing...why would anyone want to walk around all day with one hand holding onto their britches...and why do they think we want to see thier underwear? Doesn't CF have a dress code that requires your rear end to be covered?

I just figure that they're poor kids that can't afford to buy clothes that fit.

HAHA  I know! Isnt the idea of pants to cover your underwear? Id much rather wear a belt then go around holding my pants up. I dont get todays style at all

The sad thing is, these kids actually pay alot of money for pants that dont fit...

I can deal with a lot of things..but the incident on Lazy River was wayyy over the top...I wish that little gals parents would have seen that.

There was a young girl in line in front of me for Delirium last year whos thong was showing.. on purpose. I pulled her sweat pants up over it and she turned around laughed and told me I wasnt her mother! I laughed and said "Ooooh, and youre lucky Im not."

My post about Lazy River apparently got deleted  ..but lets just say they were doing more than making out on the tube..and in front of my 10 yr old no less..they got called on it and the girl got embarrassed..

Last month at KI i was walking towards Invertigo and i saw some teenager (maybe around 16?) with his pants completely down to his ankles walking around like he didnt know.... i would of said something to him, but the fact that im only 5' 2"and he was probably 6ft. something... i dont want to die.

Your kids always seem to be in bad places.

Does bad luck seem to follow you?

Kinda like Shleprock?
