Land Clearing behind SOB

This might have already been covered, but this past Friday while riding SOB, I notice land being cleared nearby. Anyone have any info on this?

It probably is not land clearing, but an overflow area for dirt and debris from the swan lake construction.

One of the theories as stated by Coasters RZ, the architecture graduate, is that a lot of the dirt taken from behind SOB is/was being used to fill in and level out what used to be swan lake.
