The Roller Coaster Database (aka RCDB) has recorded part of the statistics for the IJ:ST for both PKI and PCW. It records PKI's newest coaster topping out at 40 mph (hardly a "high speed" chase in my opinion)

Now if you look at the speed section (mph) Canada's Wonderland is at 64.4 (it's in KPH, yea it confused me too) if you convert them... it equals to be the same speed. It also records the stunt tracks as having 3 launching sections, one being used as a simple "boost".
