Honestly sounds kindof stupid "New for 2008 Themed Interactive Billboards throughout the park" They are adding Q-TV (sp?) though.

    Yes sounds like QTV but with a advertising twist to it. Sounds like they can remotely display and change what they want shown and where almost instantly. Although they are trying to be discreet in what they show in the surroundings that the ad is to be played at. Just another way to make some much needed money, at the same time trying to tell the quests this is an enhancement for them.
