So it may still get up and functional before the season is over. The questions i have is does anyone know what a "normal" time it would take for something like this to happen, being a sign falling then the amount of time to clear the area, blueprints, clear zoning, building, and being operational. I just remember it being said that the sign would be up in late to early june, then it would be ready by mid july, now seeing we are in the closing days of August what was held up to move it back a month? and will it actully get up and fully operational by seasons end? i mean its been 10 months since it fell if not a little more.

What's the hurry? It's a sign, not a ride or anything, I mean, let them take as long as they want, as long as it is put up correctly.
