Rockies East Oil Pipeline coming to Warren County

Featured Replies

Kings Island is threatened with the Rockies Express Oil Pipeline coming to Warren County. The route of this pipeline is routed through Shelby Co. Rush Co., Franklin Co. IN, Butler Co, Warren Co. Clinton Co. Ohio. How is the park handling a situation of the pipeline and what do you think about the situation? for further information go to www.rexpipeline.com.

Well, I seriousely doubt that the park is very concerned with it. If you check the map on the website that you provided, the proposed pipeline location would be north of Lebanon. Lebanon is north of Mason. Which means that the proposed location of the line is no where near Kings Island.

I'm sure this will have no effect on KI.

The pipeline isn't anywhere close to KI's property. Why should they be concerned about this?

The ONLY way I can think of that would REMOTELY affect KI... is if there's a leak or something and they evacuate a LARGE (several mile radius) area around the pipeline! Other than that, this WILL NOT affect KI! -Hauntguy

I think that the pipeline is probably north enough to not affect KI at all. It doesn't bother me one bit.
