August 7, 201313 yr I'd rather have a working furious Zipper. Oh! A Zipper! I was hoping they would have one of those at the state fair, too. Did you or anyone else here get to ride one?
August 7, 201313 yr I was riding Zippers 35 years before most posters here were born. There aren't many left.
August 8, 201313 yr Pretty Please Sweet mother of mayhem, please tell me you aren't serious. I am very serious If restored to Shooting Star specifications, yes it would be awesome and rival The Beast.
August 24, 201312 yr ^That ride sucks. Even if it is retracked, it will never rival The Beast. Yes it could. The Shooting Star had a powerful -2g airtime hill following a 3.5g pullout! That is more intense then what The Beast could ever wish to be!
August 24, 201312 yr I'm expecting that Shooing Star to rival The Beast, but I thought it would be a nice fit since we have a Coney Island (mall) section of the park.
September 3, 201312 yr Gatekeeper and to have that coaster out front when you enter the park is just an awesome sight. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
September 3, 201312 yr I'd like to see some epic flat rides in the area behind the Eiffel Tower where that Snoopy crap is.
September 3, 201312 yr I'd like to see some epic flat rides in the area behind the Eiffel Tower where that Snoopy crap is. Gee, you'd think the park would have employees clean up after the dog. No one should have to step in Snoopy crap.

I assume he's talking about the star light spectacular, not Planet Snoopy and all of the kids rides.

November 9, 201312 yr How about canada's wonderland's stand up togo. They can have king cobra return!
November 10, 201312 yr I would want to bring in a thrilling dark ride like Transformers or Spider-Man from Universal or Indiana Jones from Disney. Just be worried that they wouldn't keep effects up though and the rides wouldn't be as good.
November 10, 201312 yr Cedar Fair couldn't afford to keep up with that much ride. It's a huge process and very long too. Very unrealistic to see something like that, but maybe something like the one going to CWonderland would be cool.

Very unrealistic to see something like that, but maybe something like the one going to CWonderland would be cool. With Spider-Man or Transformers? Those rides have very few actual effects. Like, 95% 3D screens. The ride system is complex but it's already been adapted to seasonal parks (Busch Gardens' Curse of DarKastle) and seems pretty similar to what Cedar Fair is adding to Canada's Wonderland for 2014. But they do have things like a poof of air or a fog burst or even a flame burst, and the very simple fog screen on Boo Blasters worked for what, six days? As for what ride I'd bring from anywhere in the country, if Action Zone got a redo to the "Dark Forest" or something ominous like "The Woods," would fit perfectly, as would . In my dreams would I not need to drive 10 hours for them, though. (Have I mentioned that, far and away, Verbolten is my favorite roller coaster?)
November 12, 201312 yr I'm interested in seeing how Guardian works at Canada's Wonderland. They are marketing it as a roller coaster dark ride combo. It is going to have interactive parts, so I'm assuming shooter. I don't know how well that will work on a coaster.
